throttle body help

I did ls/vtec with my 98 integra gs and was wandering is it okai to have the bottom hole covered up on the stock gsr throttle body because it seems to idle fine and everything with that covered up

that might not be the right throttle body but u get the point its the bottom hole if u look at it when its bolted on the intake manifold
