im thinking about getting 17s for my hatch... is there a thread somewhere that is hatch specific that 17s? i searched and only found a thread about big wheels... anyone have any input.

 

You could pull it off... But I think those 16" BBS wheels would still look badass on that hatch of yours!

 

I made a thread like this before and a lot of very nice eks o 17s were posted. I opted to go a different route because to me they still looked to big.

yeh im sooo indecisive, sh** lol i really want some 16x8 regas... but i kinda want to do soemthing a little different. but i may just hold off for now and save up and try and get some regas... i dunno.

 

I'll have pics of my new 17" Volks on my VSM hatch soon. There's plenty of hatches that can pull off 17's. 15's are too tiny for this bodystyle,16's look great and as long as there's somewhat of a lip on the wheel(makes wheel appear smaller), 17's can look nice. I've personally had wheels in all 3 sizes. It's good to change it up, and not rock the same make,model,size of wheel as every other Civic driver.

Brewer holds it down for sure with his white hatch,bronze 17" CE28's, I believe. DaGreenEk had 17" Advans. it's all about the overall look, and personal preference.

i always use the google search for ht, say i want to see 17s on a ek. id search
"17s on ek honda-tech" since ht's search is useless.

 

I just looked through my posts and found it since I posted a few pics of my old wheels from a few years ago. I need one more tire, then I'll have my Volks on.

Never had issues with 17s....looking good guys...

 

i had 17's when i first got my car and i liked the way the looked but hated all the problems i had. they rubbed and my car was barley lowered, blew at least 2 tires in less than a year and the ride was hard, my 15's were like driving on clouds compared to my 17's

 

Took this with my phone earlier. Finally got them mounted.

 

17x9 +38 front and 17x8 +30 rear

 

16's. Get 'em.

depends on what size tyres you use, and how low you would go i suppose...
