Knock sensor swap

Will a knock sensor from a 98 Civic LX engine work on a 98 Civic EX engine (d16y8)?

Please help if you can.

The lx model engine (d16y7) engine doesn't have a knock sensor, but any round style Honda knock sensor will work fine

That looks like a crank angle sensor for your model to me not a knock sensor. You might want to let him know. Here's what u need

y7's do have a knock sensor if I remember correctly.

What hondapartshero posted is what you need exactly.

Thanks guys, I wanted to make sure it wasn't bull I was buying in which I think it pretty much was and now I know.
