Default FS: Clean 1995 240sx w/98k miles

**SOLD
PLEASE DELETE OR LOCK

Located in COLUMBUS, OHIO
Tooljunk@gmail.com

Details:
- 1995 240sx
- Blue interior
- Clean title
- No rust!
- 3rd owner
- 98k Original miles
(This number will slowly increase as this is my daily)

Interior:
- Black s14 door panels
- Black s14 center console
- Infinity speakers front and rear, with bypass boxes tucked away.
(I'll throw up the model #, in a day or two)
- Dual removable headunit w/ front aux-in, and front usb-hub (changed my life). HD radio, and bluetooth compatible (with optional attachment)
- Oem nissan 240sx floortmats

Exterior:
- Se front lip recently painted black
- Rear bumper, and side mirrors recently painted
- Most of the paint is still glossy!

Engine:
- Z32 fuel filter
- NEW Nissan alternator installed late 2005.
- Other than that, bone stock and all original

Steering
- Fresh reman'ed steering rack at the end of 2007
- Energy suspension steering rack bushings installed with rack
- Moog outer tie rod ends installed with rack

Drive-train
- s14 vlsd

Brakes
- OEM Nissan 5lug hubs installed mid 2005 (ordered brand spanking new from mynismo.com!)
- Oem Nissan 'big' 300zx brake master cylinder
- Oem Nissan R33 emergency brake cable from RB-motoring.
- 300zx 30mm Front calipers/dust shields/Brembo blank rotors/Axis pads/Stainless steel brake lines
- 300zx Rear Calipers/dust shields/Brembo Blank rotors/Axis ultimate pads/ Stainless Steel brake lines

Flaws:
- Front bumper is scuffed on the passenger side
- Couple dings and scratches from college parking lots
- Paint looks great, but upon hovering over it, you can see some age showing through
- floor mats are aged, could use a decent shampooing. Rear seats have a spot or two.
- passenger side door handle has a crack on the inside (pretty much un-noticable)
- Lets a drop of oil out once every few weeks.
(This seems to be common among older KA's. I took a trip in early 08 and left the car parked and not driven for roughly 3 weeks. I came back to the exact same amount of oil with only a few drops on the ground). So it's leaking at a profoundly slow rate. I change the oil at regular intervals, and when I go to change, it's never once been noticeably low or anything of the sort. By NO means at all does she burn oil!
- HVAC controls sometimes flicker. The flow of air or functionality has never been interrupted, the lights just flicker sometimes. Sometimes it'll go weeks without doing this issue.

Story:
As stated above I am the third owner. I purchased this car a few years ago with 52k miles on it from an elderly lady in her mid to late 50's who brought it to Michigan from Florida. The original owner was her boss who she described as an elderly business man. It's served me very well these past few years as a daily driver during college. I routinely (monthly to bi-monthly) drive this car from Columbus to Chicago and back, which is a tad over 800 miles round-trip, and have never been given an issue. This is also where I racked up most of the millage. The car was in Florida for most of it's life, before I picked it up, so the chassis has only seen snow for the past couple years.

I clean it pretty often, even during the winter as to blast off most snow and debris. The car is a base model, so it initially came with 4lug (and no sun roof!). I purchased 4 brand new 5lug hubs from mynismo.com ($$$) and did the 300zx brakes at the same time. The factory speakers were also dying a little after I purchased the car, so I replaced them all with infinity units and the dual headunit. The system is not at all obnoxious, it get's loud and is pretty clear. Also the usb input will change your life. I was having some steering issues, after a year or two of owning the car, which is when I decided to get a new rack. Ended up with a fresh reman steering rack /bushings/ and moog outer tie rod ends.

In 07 and 08 the car was broken into. In 07 they managed to break the door handle, door panels, the center console in an attempt to take the audio, but failed. Insurance covered all, and the car was repaired at a Nissan dealership near Chicago, IL. In 08 the car was unlocked and they stole items from inside, but left all else alone. A civic also slid into me and cracked just the rear bumper in 08, but again insurance covered it and was repaired.

The car for most of the time I owned it was on coilovers, but I sold those a few months ago and reverted back to the OEM struts and springs the car came with. So the strut/spring combo has roughly only 50k on them. The car is very comfortable, has firm steering with "usable" suspension. Usable = I can take speed bumps/potholes/surprises without cringing

I think I've covered most of it, if you have any questions please email me.

*Car is also at an odd stance because I have 215/60/16 Goodyear Ultra Grips in the rear. (mud/snow tires for suv's!) The car also comes with a 2 more brand new Ultra grips mounted on s14 wheels, as well as 2 all seasons on s14 rims as well. So 4 additional rims and tires. The winter tires alone were over $500

ASKING $4,300 OBO
No trades, cash only please.
