whats up guys...i made a build thread a long time ago but i got off h-t for a while and dont know what happened to it since they switched to vbulletin. lol so here we go again...

the car-93 civic cx hatch
the plans-
-full color change to phoenix yellow/black engine bay
-rear disc brake swap
-new suspension setup
-swap out the d16z6 for somethin with 2 cams lol
-boost

there is more i wanna do to it but its all smaller stuff lol so now to the pics. hopefully gonna keep the thread updated. just depends on the weather and schedule lol

first night it started jan of 09











couple weeks later pulled the motor out...












kinda left it alone for a while then decided it was time to get some productivity started lol it was moved from a friends house to my house but i have no garage

if the snow will go away and let me work on it then it will be updated very soon...its been down too long but school/work owns my time lol

i really hope lol i feel like a pathetic loser for takin over a year to paint the interior of the car lol but i dont work on it like i should but thats about to change. it is gonna make its debut prob in july soo its time to get to it lol

thank you sir...im painting the car myself also to save money on labor. from a local paint shop i maybe have $450 in the paint which is enough to cover the whole inside, base/clear, and black for the engine bay.

 

i paid 1300 with new front end and body work and real factory py paint with two clears on it

 

thats a pretty good deal...i paid a shop 600 bucks to do my old coupe and it looked like ****. i guess you get what you pay for lol

that looks really nice....i cant wait til mine is done. mine will have a few different accents on it tho lol cf hatch and jdm thin side moldingx and black slips

 

actully i alredy have the black slips and thin sidmolding painted on the side and the cf spoon lip is in its way now spoon calipers i have in storege and i have the spoon banner redy to put on lol

 

i already have a cf hatch to go on it too...may go with a cf lip too i havent decided yet. im more concerned with my money pit of a motor lol
