its like the brakes are dragging. even when im going down a hill it does it. the rear brake cylinders were sticking so i changed them. replaced front callipers. the car sat around for awhile im guessing before i got it. anything else that could be causing this?

no i am not driving with the ebrake up.. ill check about the nutral thing today

 

yes it does still slow down when in neutral

 

My brothers cars had a similar problem. It sat for a while and when he drove it, it slowed down fast and accelerated slower. Turns out the e-brake was stuck even though the handle was down.

im from PA, ill have to check everything over when the weather clears

 

check to see if its frozen. specially if it wasn't used before it was just sitting there. ebrake cords aren't well known to do it but it happens often. mine snapped on my other car and while driving they finally broke. it is not a fun thing to have to go through.
