my friend just got a 02 dodge ram(mistake num one) and wants to put a new head unit in it but it has a vr3 walmart cdplayer in it, we pulled off the dash and seen there is a wire ran from the 2 red wires connected to the power on the cd player and also a yellow wire going straight to the power on the batter that the previous owner installed, if i cut the wire the radio and dome light dont work, and when she turns the radio above 24 the sound turns off like the cdplayer is in safe mode, can any one help?!?!?!?!?!?
