I'm in the process of swapping in a JDM b18c in my 94 eg. I got some cheep mounts off of ebay for the swap. The motor i got did not come with the stock mounts, the only thing thats there are the spikes and i dont even have any of the nuts that go on them(im sorting this out also). Thats not my problem though, my problem is that the mounts that i got off of ebay do not fit onto the spikes of my motor. The holes in the mounts are to big for the spikes and the mount jiggles around, pretty sure its not suppose to be like that. I mailed him and told him about it and he said that i was going to have to change the spikes out, which is bullshit because the auction says "Direct bolt on fitment for all models of 92-95 Honda Civic, 94-01 Acura Integras and 93-97 Del Sol." I searched the internet and the forums on here and other honda sites but i cant find anything else about changing the spikes, i cant even see how i would go about doing it and where i would have to buy the new spikes. Can anyone give me any information on this?
