Default pcv on top of oilcatch can?

I just brought a 91 ef hatch today with a b16a swap and i noticed next to the fuel filter, on top of the oil catchcan that there is a pcv valve with 2 hoses connected to it.
One of the hose goes somewhere in the car, and the other has been disconnected.
Can anyone tell me where does this hose suppose to connect to?

Any help would be great, because the car idles at around 600-700 and it shakes at idle and i have been looking for a soultion for a while.
I have also done a full tune up.
Plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter, etc etc

Thanks

most oil breather set ups, when running a pcv, only have one line coming off of them...in which case you replace it with any basic elbowed honda pcv valve
look at the catch can near the fuse box....it has a regular pcv with only one hose coming off, this hose goes to the intake manifold

does it still have the carbon canister? is it OBD0?

It looks almost like the 2nd pic. The rod hose has been disconnected.
Its 0bd0 I forgot to mention that sorry
What is the disadvantage of that hose beging disconnected anyways?
Because my gas millage is not that great either
100 km per 10L of 91 octane

if you are talking about a carbon canister and not an oil breather then you need to make sure all your vacuum lines look like the diagram in the second picture
the carbon canister is an emissions system from 1990, the purge valve cycles some of the excess gas vapors through the carbon canister....and eventually recirculates through the engine or back into the gas tank....
most people delete their carbon canister and ditch the purge solenoid
if youre getting bad mileage you might want to look at your o2 sensors and see what kind of shape theyre in, might be causing you to run a little rich
try a tune up, and make sure you have good tire pressure/wheel alignment also
