i bought an eg shell and it has a modified bracket on the transmission side for an h22 swap but im goin to be putting in a ls vtec. does any one know how much they have to move their bracket for an h22 swap. i just need the measurements so i can move the bracket back to its original position.

or could someone measure how far the nearest side of the bracket is from the firewall or the radiator support..

EDIT: so im not sure but according to an h22 into eg swap guid all that is done the the trans side bracket is shaved and new holes are drilled closer to the wheel so does that mean all i have to do is drill new holes farther from the wheel so that the b series mount will fit????

but the orginal hole should still be there unless 1 of it was on the cut of tab

 

imma try get a picture sometime tonight...but they completely removed the original bracket and welded two steel plates there instead so im tryin to figure out if 1. they would have move the position of the bracket or if 2. they jus move to holes because if its the second option i can just drill new holes to accommodate the b series mount...so im just trying to make sure they didnt move the bracket's position.
