I know nothing about this, so bare with me.

Heater went out. Blows no cold or hot air of course. Defroster still works, but barely, what do you think the issue could be?

If there's no air blowing at all, it's the blower motor. The part is like $50 at your local auto parts store, and I believe you only have to take out like 3 bolts under the glove box to drop the whole motor, on some models you have to take out the whole dash.

 

Which civics need to remove the dash to get to it?
