Default wheel fitment with big brakes

I have a 93 civic sedan with a wilwood big brake kit. I am running 17s right now but want to go to 16s. I've been told its possible with the right offset but nobody can help with what offset that is. Does anyone have any ideas?

My SSR Comps and Type C clear the 12.19" kit. I'm pretty sure TE37's will clear as well.

My 16" GABs will not clear. It's not spoke interference but barrel interference so spacers won't help.
