Default Seat swap

I just picked up a passenger side 90 crx Si seat for my 90 rex. I want to know how hard it would be to use it as my driver seat. I know i can just swap out the rail, but can i still use my seatbelt if i do that since the lever to move the seat is on the right? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Ok, i really need your guys help, i just took the seat out, and when i tried to mount the rails on the passenger side seat they didnt mount up (which i was kind of expecting). So then i tried taking the top part of the seat off and mounting it to the bottom part of my drivers side seat, well that didnt work either. How in the heck am i supposed to mount the passenger side seat on the drivers side rails? I thought maybe i could drill some holes, but that wont work since the rails dont want to sit flush against the seat due to lumps on the bottom of the seat. I need help ASAP!
