Default JDM B18B Ecu question

I swapped a JDM B18B engine into my 98 Civic. It came with a OBD2a P7H ecu and there is something internally wrong in the ecu with the O2 sensor circuit. Can i plug and play using a P75 OBD2a ecu in it or am i going to have to swap some wires and such?

Might have been 12 years ago but thank you for the p7h post mine has the same ECU and I couldn't find anything on it confirming my b18 is infact obd2💪
