Default EF Sedan Won't Start

OK guys my EF sedan (dual point) started acting up so here's what it's doing. I was driving on the freeway the other night and the car just shut off. When I say shut off it was like I turned it off and removed the key. I tried putting on my flashers and nothing...I tired cranking the car up and it cranked no problem but wouldn't start. After a few mins of cranking it started and I made it home. I started looking over the car and from what I can see is that when I put the key in and turn it to accessory I get no guage indication lights like you normally get. But whille I'm cranking the car I get the normal guage indication but the car won't start.

1. The car cranks fine so the battery should be fine.
2. I checked the Battery and Alternator for loose wires (none found)
3. Checked the Engine Bays fuse panel for loose wires (none found)
4. Changed the fuel filter (because it died while ideling so I wanted to cross that off)

Any help would be great!!
Thanks Honda-tech

I'm thinking its the main relay because I don't hear the fuel pump prime but after cranking it a few times I do get some pressure from the fuel pump. It just sucks because I changed the main relay about a year ago (but it was used)
