Jackson Racing Supercharged GSR engine in 90 CRX HF
Just wondering if it could be done with not so much modification. I know that you can drop the GSR engine in with mounts/wiring harness etc etc etc, but will there be enough room for the Jackson Racing Supercharger in the small CRX's engine bay!? Just curious if it's possible, or if anyone that has this set-up. Thanks ahead of time.

I had a crx with b16 engine and hasport mounts. Pretty sure there is not enough room. However, I have heard that place racing, or another mount brand places the engine further from the firewall, so then it may be a possiblilty. Most likely though, its not gonna fit with hasport mounts.

dont Know how much bigger The gsr motor is in the engine bay but i just finished my jrsc b16a crx with the hasport mounts and it fits. it isnt an easy job, you just have to re- route the heater hoses, the oil cooler hoses, pound your frame in where the alternator pully goes, and move your feul filter to another spot on the firewall.
I think the gsr motor is a little taller, you may have to get the SiR style hood for the upward cowl to clear for a SC. 90EF8 is the first person I've heard of SC'ing any bseries in a 4g civic/2g crx. I'm just saying that not many people do it....
