???? about what clutch
This si my first build and new to the game. So I am looking for some good honest answers and hopefully get some good info out of this. I have a 90 crx with a b18c1 in it. I am trying to get some where around 4 to 500 whp. My question to you all is what clutch should I go with. I am putting a 60 trim turbo kit on it. I am already looking at Exedy Hyper Clutch. Just want you input on this clutch and any others that someone might be able to show me.
i used this 1 http://www.cimotorsports.net/motor-s...-b-series.html it's good for 700+
Thanks Turbo gsr I checked this one out and looks good. I see it says in the ACT page that theirs Harsh engagement, chatter did you have any issues with yours. Thanks for the tip.
it's not that bad u just give it a little more gas then a stock cluch and it's good < but it will take like a week to get to know the clutch all over lol gl
Thanks and was still looking at 1 from clutch masters. I have been here in IRAQ for 5 months and got 4 more till i go home even for R&R so it will be fun getting used to any clutch.

pepeb18c hey I was looking at the hypersling. I am hoping for around 400 to 450 whp so a lil less than what you got. What clutch are you looking at going to? I have looked at a few different ACT, Clutch master, Exedy. My will be a daily driven on the track threw the weekend. Do you have any advice for a new guy.
No problem, the exedy works great so far on the street, i run drag radials on the car and normally is at 16psi making 450 on the street, the feel of the clutch is practically stock, but it grabs perfect even at 20lbs so unless your making 500+ and hit the track every weekend it'll work for u like it did for me, the only thing is these single disk clutches aren't made to take the stress the slicks put on it, their diameter isnt enough to grab, or so i was explained. The only reason i wanna go for a twin is because i plan to put up the boost soon, and also my car's eventually going to be just for the track, so i guess it depends on what your goals are....btw thanks for what u do!
