b18c Re-build/polished Trans.
soon as summer hits, body work and paint will begin...anyways, picked her up and she was burning oil and losing compression in 2 cylinders, lost oil pressure as well, needed a new crank, got one from this forum in mint condition and had it balanced to the new pistons. block has been bored .20 all new bearings in the bottom end, pr3 pistons(11.45:1), head is stock other than 3 angle valve job. AEBS intake manifold, hasport mounts, hydro>cable conversion from hasport as well. Decided while it was out to polish the trans. because me and some friends hadn't seen it done and we were held up by the rain.(keeping it shining is a bitch in the winter) would like to relocate the battery to the rear to showcase what makes 6 hands beat to **** after 5 hours. polished the v-tec solenoid as well. sprayed and clearcoated the intake manifold and the engine bay. Very happy with the results, having v-tec issues but too cold and busy to figure it out right now. Either way the car pulls very nicely and I am happy with it. We finished putting it in and running at around 2am in below freezing weather, the windows had ice on them hah. also have a chipped ecu from scotty at Mainstream Performance. need turn signals and bumper lights as well if anyone out there has some lmk.
