Default bearing and interference question

Ok so I bought a civic with an ls/v in it from some ricer that knew absolutely nothing about it. I disassembled the engine, a b18b1 with pr4 rods pistons and rod bearings. When I took the main caps off the bearings where pr3s? is this odd? is there a difference between a pr3 and pr4 main bearing? Also the rear main seal has pr3 stamped on it. I thought pr3 was b16a.

Question 2. the head is a 2000 p72 head. I need to get the head milled and block decked due to the previous owere chewing it up when he tried to swap the head gasket. I was also planning on swapping the pr4 pistons out for p30s and running a set of skunk 2 stage 2 cams. Will this present clearance/interferance issues? Thanks I am new to all motor b series

questions summarized

Q1. why does my b18b1 block have pr3 main bearings

Q2 will a milled GSR head, decked block (depensing on how much they have to take off) p30 pistons and skunk2 stage 2 cams have clearance issues?
