DC header for LS ---> SI ?

i have a DC ceramic 4-2-1 header from my LS that I'm going to sell to my friend because I went FI. Will this fit fa sho?

the header will fit, but as far as the length of it to the cat, it might be too long.. so there will have to be some modifying.. hope this helps..
