Ya i installed both rubber washers. I am running a KRRH and the stock front sway bar i wonder if my headers could be hitting my sway?

the stiffy did not help my ep out. the motor mounts made a huge difference.. no more noise at all, i still get real bad wheel hop so i think something else is wrong.. but no more noise for sure. to be honest i think i threw that stiffy thing in a junk parts box after the motor mounts were installed.

I went overboard and got both the stiffy and the front/rear mount inserts. I've never had a lot of noise, but the steering wheel shakes at idle and when the AC is on. I ended up finding a thread on a Scion website a few years back that gave alternative tie rod ends to use with the stiffy that had urethane between the bushing race and the outer shell to keep them quiet. McmasterCarr sells them.

The pics are gone, but the descriptions are still there...

99% sure that your header is just knocking the front sway.

Motor Mounts > Stiffy

Not the cheapest solution though.
