anyone know any information about how much i should port and polish the intake and the exhaust of a b16a head on a b20vtec?

skunk2 pro1 cams
skunk2 pro manifold and 68 mm tb
tri-y big tube header 2,5"
should i port 0.040" or 0.080" from the intake side and what about the exhaust side?

'How much' is not really the issue. Where you should remove material is more important. If you do not know how to port a head, you will probably do more harm than good.

If it is really something you want to tackle yourself, just blend the seats, match the ports and smooth out any significant casting flaws. Doing any more than that to a Honda head is rolling the dice unless you know what you are doing. Its not like old V8 heads where you can work the short side radius, hog the ports out and nearly always see a performance increase.
