so i just rebuilt the front end on a 98 ex at school new headlights and bulbs and for some reason the driver side barely puts light out and the passenger side is as bright as it should be ive run through all grounds and no luck with fixing the dim ness please help thanks

 

Double check you're grounds. How many volts at the plug?
