Hi, I own a 2004 civic ep3 and I currently just have a type one racing hi power exhaust system. Does anyone have any recommendations for what header I should get? I have been looking for a header but all the ones I find that would work with this exhaust system all require me to get them to custom fit the header, meaning to cut some of it off to fit onto the exhaust or custom my exhaust I have on the car now.

guess you want a race header( no cat).....whats so different about the type-one cat back?

 

I'm curious as well. The only reason I can think of why any header wouldn't work is that you are looking at a 06+ Si or RSX header.

 

The only reason you would have to modify the piping is if it was a race header if its made for a stock EP is should bolt right up

 

same here, if your exhaust is bolted onto stock header/CAT, assuming there were no prior mods/welding done, any aftermarket straight bolt-on's should fit fine.
