94 accord non vtech... it was actin like the ignition switch was gone. it would only stay running with the key held in the start position however when i took the column apart to check it i kinda jiggled it around and it started and ran fine!? its the worst when its cold. whats goin on?

 

ey man..my sol is doing the same thing too..sht...
i was driving and all of a sudden it stopped...
but i looked at it and call a buddy and he said that its might be the white piece from the key ingition..sht...

 

yep mine did stop all of a sudden as well but its not very often. for the most part it starts and runs well. its jus every now and then it will start and then die when its cold and i can move the wheel around and jiggle the key and it will start normal and continue until i let it sit

 

my uncle is a honda specialist who owns his own shop. its just hard to get him to help out cause he is always busy. if i can get with him on this i will post the answer.

 

theres some loose **** in the ignition.... you car been stolen before?? they probably master keyed your ignition and fked it up. i say, jus replace the ignition lock.
