I thought that 96-98 and 99-00 hatch rear bumpers were different? If that does fit a 98 hatch, how much shipped to Batavia, OH 45103?

I test fit on my 00 hatch and my moms 96 hatch and they both fit.
I'm not 100% sure but I think all ek hatch rear bumpers are the same.
And sorry but I ain't trying to ship.
