Icon2 B18c1 and water leakage ?

ok so heres my first question (mostly for cali people)
so i could get a great deal on a gsr (B18c1)
but i was wondering if it could be state ref'd and are all gsr's obd1?

second question is my ED6 is getting water some how , in the trunk and in the doors toward the speaker area, any one have this problem and have the solution to fix it? would be a big help thanks

i dont live in cali so i couldnt answer one of those.

No not all GSR's arent OBD1 they can be OBD2
and alot of people have this problem with leaks. i had leaks from the drain hoses being disconnected and the taillights leaked which i just went to autozone and bought some universal weather stripping and replaced my old taillight gaskets

so water is leaking out of your speaker in your door? it could be the window molding, the little strip outside of the window.

If you plan on getting a GSR motor (theres obd1&2, i recommend obd1) and getting barred, get a USDM motor, and hook up all the emissions equipment, and start searching and reading up on it.
