what gasket did they change?

if they did the head gasket then take it back and tell them its wrong. you have oil getting into the coolant passages. which means you also are probably burning coolant too. They may have not of sent the head away to get it machined, or just didnt torque it right.

Now one other thing before you jump to that, how old is that coolant? Sometimes really old coolant will get a rusty look to some of it.

Could be a few things,
1. They didn't flush the old oil out of the cooling system after the head gasket job.
2. They didn't have the head warp tested or resurfaced and it is leaking again. or
3. There might be a crack in an oil passage somewhere inside the block.

hmm well the thing is the car is friend of mines and he paid too much money for the head gasket he went to this sonic auto repair idk sum bs the mechanic tellin him now tht he should change the whole motor but i told him hes just tryin to get more money out of him anyways he paid like 800 bucks i did mine by myself . and he took it back like 3 times everytime i think they flush it and it comes right back n now finally he brought the car to me so i can take a look at it but i cant figure it out because the car runs perfect its got compression the head looks super clean theres no oil on it looks like they watter pressured it or sumthin but its clean...

Do a pressure test on the cooling system and that should show you where the oil is coming from. By adding pressure to the cooling system without oil pressure in the block you will be able to reverse the flow and see where it is leaking.
