So I assume the coolant was changed since the first blown headgasket? so the oil mixing in the coolant is "recent"?
Okay, i'm going to try to fill in the blanks here. So the headgasket was previously blown, motor overheated, the head or block warped, the block/head didn't get resurface, then you replaced your headgasket and the leak continued. thats probably why a new motor was suggested.
The reason you pistons look steam cleaned is due to coolant leaking into the cylinder, which basically steam cleans it.

i would say its more than likly the tranny fluid in the coolant but if your sure its the oil take it back to the shop they ****ed up they fix it for free
duh, they probly forget to check it for warpedness which will blow another one, i blew 3 headgaskets like that until i finally figured it out
