what can i put on my 2.2 non vtech 94 accord for the most noticable power gain?

H23 intake manifold, though I don't know if they would fit on your cylinder head.

Delta cam would prob be the next best bet.

The best way to get noticable power is to get a AEM V2 intake i have one, and i would recommend it! plus the sound you get is astonishing! your looking around $350 but it well worth the money! power INSTANLY!

No, sound instantly....power not so much.

F22 doesn't respond as well as other motors to intake/header/exhaust

Bisi cammed will put you where you need to be for a SOHC. Trust me. You can go level 2 and still wouldn't need valvetrain upgrade cause I had it on my F22B1 VTEC. The Non VTEC cam is cheaper than the VTEC cam too.
