What Number to Call for State Ref. to BAR'd Your Car in North Bay?

"MacDuff", I just called and it says the number is invalid. Perhaps, this is a 1-800 number?

It won't happen man. Only USDM swaps can be barred as of last year. Unless it is a replacement of the chassis engine.

BTW, I got barred May 2008, JDM B16 with a Skunk2 IM, DC header, and Skunk2 catback. REF didn't give me any grief, because I had the C.A.R.B. stickers.

1501 mendocino ave Santa Rosa Ca, 95401

If you type this in at Google maps, it's the long building with the solar panels on it. Armory Dr. just north of Bear Cub way, right next to HWY 101.

Since he hasn't replied to my PM's, I will post it.

He didn't pass, he hasn't told me all of the info, and he is trying to go about it the wrong way.

This is what I responded with, not 100% legal, but if he passed everything else it will work.
