Default Traction bar with tranny mount good or bad?

Someone help explain the difference.

1. Does both reduce Wheel hop?

2. Which one helps control torque steer better?

If you had to choose, which one would you go with?

Also the traction bar with the tranny mount is it good or bad? I do autocross, im just concern those trans torque mount kit will stay or not?, (the one that I marked it red) or the bolt will snap right out of it when i do twisty, hard turns.

Sorry shamely pics taken from explicitspeed website and Innovative traction bar from one of the honda-tech member.

Thank you.

The more mounts in different axis the better, I had a night a day difference when I went from four mounts (mixture of OG JimFab and factory with inserts) to 3x 85R mounts, with the four mounts actually resisting movement more.

Isn't torque steer a factor of axle length, and power down each axle; i.e. the presence of a LSD affecting the amount, I don't know if a front mount would be beneficial with that.
