91 Sedan build. Recyclers dream !
Hello, This is my 3rd actual build. I've owned a few more cars but I actually really tried on 2004 DC5 type S Aspec
1997 DB8 GSR
and 2009 FA5




But now this is a different build. Its my 1991 Civic LX I bought for $1100 bucks. Theres a long story i might explain later but what I'm doing is a craiglist honda-tech build I'm buying parts and such mostly used or good deals and building this car. Some stuff has not been installed. I'm waiting for all my suspension parts to come up at the right price to do more.

I bought male and female ends and modified them like so to make my connections and easily removable if I ever have to.

This is how I made my stock cable noticeable

After doing the MPFI I'm having a problem with my vacum lines... It's not idleing right :-/ anyone have a diagram on how to run them on our cars ? Car almost dies when moving the throttle... and I've gotten a couple back fires from the TB...
I printed like 3 different DIY's and read through them and made sure everything is right... I just don't know what I did wrong

I used this diagram but my TB is a bit diff... it only has the nipple that next to the throttle (I dono what to call it) that points to the driver... I also removed the Dashpot control valve, I might try to reintall it. Also my intake manifold doesn't have a fast idle control valve. That spot is blocked off, Could that be a problem since it's a 91 ?
Their from ST (suspension technique) they are out of production from what I hear, I just happen to get lucky and find them for sale
Any one got a idea on what would happen if I switched the A5 and A7 cables from the ECU to the injectors ? I think I might have done that during the MPFI swap... I'm kinda running out of ideas of whats wrong
well 2 injectors would be firing at the wrong time if you did, so that would certainly cause a problem.

Yea, when I open the throttle it wants to die... I think i might have. F*ck it's to cold to figure it out. It idles ok tho... gosh I wish it would just whisper to me what's wrong haha
Damn If someone can mess up a MPFI swap I can. Well I just realized I got sold a Y8 intake manifold. So the fast idle senor is not there. i guess it's the slightest of my problems. I think I ran injector 4 and 2 back wards (those are coming from A3 and A7) that was a quick fix. It starts up and runs... better but not good. it Idles at 2000 when I go to adjust it and it goes under 2 it bounces the RPMs like it want's to cut off and sometimes back fires from the throttle body. I'm have a check engine code 4 (crank position sensor),5 (map sensor), and 10 (intake air temp) !
