ok, here is my question. i have an LSV set up in my crx, but there is a guy on craigslist that wants to trade me a complete ITR manfiold w/throttle body for my del sol seats. can anyone tell me some physical differences or ways to make sure its an actual itr throttle body? i know the manifold will obviously say P73 on it. thanks in advance.

my guess would be to check the bore of the tb? it will be 62mm's

 

Just look for the P73 casted into the back, ask for a close up of it, its as simple as that!

 

Well, I already picked it up. There was no p73 stamping but the bolt holes line up to my old pr3 obd0 intake manifold. Looks like it's either an older skunk2 or blox manifold. The inner diameter of the TB is...62.06mm
so I'm pretty confident that it's an itr TB. And getting it for some $60 del sol seats with rips from the junk yard, did I get screwed? Or will this compliment my lsv until my jdm itr goes in?

 

62 mm at the throttle plate, not the inlet. Some JDM ITR TBs were 64mm at the throttle plate.

 

Ah, my bad. Thanks Ill re measure it sometime this week at work. So as long as it's 62mm and bigger on the inside where the gasket goes I'm good, right? Thanks again

 

either way, for crappy del sol seats it wasnt a bad deal
