What are people paying for 2010 Civic Si Sedans?
I went to the dealer and worked out a deal, but eventually walked because I wasn't sure if I was getting a good enough deal. I've never bought a new car from a dealer before, and don't know if I was doing it right lol
The dealer said he couldn't go lower than $22250 plus $710 freight charge, before tax, title, registration. What are people paying for Si Sedans right now?
Thanks for the help, in advance.

i got my 2010 black si sedan in November and i paid 20550 before taxes, so they can drop the price. I had to go to about 6 Honda dealerships and a lot of negotiating to get it.
Sounds like a good deal. Here in S.A. a new Si coupe is about 23K after Destination charge. That's with no markup......although the Sis have gone up in price over the years. I bought mine new in '06 for just over $20K.
Shop with about a week left in the month. Dealers are most likely trying to make sale quotas. Contact about three dealers through edmunds, then ask for OTD price. I got a 2010 TW Civic Ex Sedan for $18200 OTD last week. GoodLuck!
$20,744+taxes for my coupe in October 2009. Bought it as soon as it hit the dealership and never having seen dyno blue before, I went nuts and jumped on it.

...timely thead since I myself am shopping around to try to get a good deal for a 2010 FA5 at the moment. I went through Edmunds and have weeded out all the bs dealers to a few that are right around $20k. Of course this would not be including the $710 destination, processing fee, taxes, tags, etc. I have also discovered that this price is after an extra $650 "dealer allowance", which you have to give up if you want to take advantage of the special finance rates they're offering right now. I'm in MD so all this ridiculous snow we've had of late should really leave them chomping at the bit for a sale, so I'll try to push a little harder and see what I can get... hmmm, "throw in the HFP front lip and we got a deal..."
(worth a try! lol)
did that price include destination by chance?

Why are you guys adding the destination charge on top of the price? I got my 09 fa5 in june of 09 for 21000 with navigation. Without navi i could of gotten one for 19300.
Find out what the MSRP is on several Civics, then watch the newspaper.
Over the next 4 - 6 weeks. One dealer will offer a single Civic for sale for about $1400 less than MSRP.
So, buy the Friday paper.
Consider a 2 - 3 year old car. Try this Black Book link:

Just picked up a 2010 Taffeta White Sedan for $21,750 before taxes, tags, and registration. Came to like $23,325 i think... They originally wanted 22,965 but thats the base price plus destination charge or whatever. We got them to throw in the all season mats which was well worth it.
i just got quoted 21,300 + TTL. The 21,300 includes tint, protection package, and pin stripe and destination. They said there were only like 5 available in Texas and they'd have to bring it in from elsewhere. I didn't jump on it because the pin stripe is a deal breaker since that is hideous imo. They tried to tell me the pin stripes come with the car when they are brought to them. Now I'm looking at a used 2009 w/ 14k miles for 18,000.
Just got a 2010 black 4dr Si. Only color and car within 400 miles of North Carolina. The price was just under 23K with all taxes included and rear bumper guard for trunk,3 oil changes, 1 detail. Happy with deal other than a black car...scratches real easy. Anyone know of a good light scratch remover.
Thanks!!
Mike
