d15b2 rev limiter?
alright i was thinkin about doin an mpfi swap on my car, but holding off for a little bit, cause i got a tach for my car and found out that my car has a rev limiter
, lol, but the stock redline for the d15b2 is 6500rpm and the rev limiter should kick in at 6800 rpm, but my rev limiter kicks in at 4700 rpm...? is there a way i can chip the ecu to increase the amount of rpm's or what? i need help thanks

Is the car an auto or manual ?
The ecu shouldnt have to be chipped to rev higher than 4700 because no d series i know cut out that low.
One possibility is that you have an auto ecu in a 5 spd which would be like revving an auto where it cuts out earlier unless you are in a drive gear. i could be wrong
