Car is no longer for sale, had issues with my car so the titles could not exchange. No fault of the previous owner

It was owned by an old lady, all serviced at a honda dealership in florida
It's been up here for about 3weeks, and was driven only a handful of times, and washed after each time

ambitious price with that mileage, looks nice though. the ac and ps missing is the biggest problem IMO. If you get 3500 for that I'll have two frost white coupes for sale real soon.
