Default Civic springs tend to sag, where to get replacement?

My car is lowered though I don't know how it was lowered, possibly with cut springs and so I wanted to replace the springs with stock springs. Problem is, I've found that a lot of stock Civics having sagging springs at least on the driver's side so I'm wondering what I should do. I was thinking of getting the springs off of car-part.com (junk yard) but I don't want to end up with expired springs. So how do I purchase a set of springs while ensuring that they're still good? Is there a way they at the junk yard can test them before selling them or something? It's a lot of work to replace all 4 springs on a car and consequently I don't want to go through all that work to discover that I've got one or two bad springs.

A lot of people tend to sell their oem springs when they upgrade their suspension, check out local forums and craigslist. just as how many miles are oon them and you should be good, if your springs are really cut it will be an upgrade either way.
