I have the stock KARR alarm system on my car. I figure I can get an autolock no problem as well. I'm looking at lo jack, and I'm daunted by the $500 price tag for an after the fact system. I just read something about how if you have your pager alarm go off you can check your car and then call in the lo jack. That sounds pretty good. I was wondering what the cost is to change my alarm system to one that would page of call a cell phone or something like that. Any alarm wiring geniouses got any ideas as to how to do this properly?

 

I was quoted $700 for lojack....

 

I run with an alarm, (brand X) autolock, and club.

I feel that autolock AND (NOT OR) club is a must.

I do feel safe, and it doesn't cost much.
