97 EK with JDM B18 ITR motor

Default 97 EK with JDM B18 ITR motor

97 civic DX clean title. Prob got about 180 on the chassis (forgot since i put in 99Si cluster).
98 JDM Integra Type-R motor compression test done last month (220, 215, 220, 220); leak down test reads under 3% all cylinders. MOTOR IS HEALTHY and runs like a CHAMP!! water pump, timing belt done 30k ago. NEW cap n rotor, NGK wires n plugs done last month.

INTERIOR:
99-00Si interior (climate control, cluster, front seats, armrest, power window conversion with keyless entry alarm). have 2nd set of clean floormats

EXTERIOR:
Painted BMW M3 Alpine white. ALL OEM Civic Type-R parts [headlights, hood fenders (side markers are not wired), side mirrors, flat moldings, window visors, side mirrors, rear bumper/lip. everything OEM CTR besides front Si grill and DX wing. rolling on 16inch gunmetal/polish lip nippon GT3 rims. brand new tires put on in December 2009. lowered on skunk 2 coilovers.


$$5,200 OBO (askin $5200 obo because i know how great the car is, you dont have to tune up or anything, just smog and go)

any inputs are welcome..

very clean. noticed engine bay is still black. were the door jams and such painted white also or still black? any interior pics?

door jams are still black, but it was done nice. If it wasnt black, i would have painted it. Black is exceptional to me, makes it look like the engine bay kinda.

the black looks good i concure, was curious. how long ago was the painting done? what is the mileage on the current motor, and suspension

also, where are you located? id like to take a look if close and local (i have no wheels)
what base you work on? (noticed the decal) im on NASNI right now but will be transferring to 32nd street in a few weeks

the paint was about 2 years ago, it kind of sat there for a year when i had my DUI. im guessing the miles on the motor is anywhere from 75k to 100k. You never know for sure when buying a motor, but the compression and leak down test checked out with flying colors. Suspension is really all the car is missing. Its lowered on skunk2 coilovers thats it.

located in monterey bay, about an hour south of san jose. I work at the naval postgraduate school in monterey bay.
