as far as decision goes, only you can make.
if you're looking for advice: if you say exactly what you are going for, what you look for in exhaust and stuff, then i'm sure you'll get help.

There is a group buy going right now on some great JDM exhausts and some
great prices.
Personally, most exhausts are going to perform very similar. I would focus on quality of the product, then look at piping size for what you are looking for (ie. mid-range or top end power), then make sure it has a sound you can live with.
Just my two cents. Remember that your exhaust increases the more you put into your engine, so make sure you have a quality product is going to last.

I should scrub that sound clip - it really doesnt sound like the Buddy Club in real life as there really isnt any raspiness/rattling... A better one is the vid of my car on vtec
But not to be biased but I love my Buddy club Spec III and have no regrets

it depends on what quality you are looking, looks, and sound. i am going to get 2.5" custom mandrel bent piping, but for my muffler...i still can't decide on hks titanium, blitz nur spec r, or apex-i turbo n1. as you can see, i want mine fukking loud and mean...hehe.
i also really are impressed with my thermal r&d cat back. very nice sound not annoyingly loud at cruising speeds but when u get on it it sounds bad ***
The Apex GT spec is for turbo charged or super charged cars. the piping is 3+ in and would not be the fight exhaust to go with for a N/A RSX.... I would reccomend the EVO, or the Power extreme.....
