FS/FT: NE Philly: 14 Inch Aftermarket Wheels and Tires

Hey, I have a set of 4 14 inch wheels with tires for sale or trade. Center caps are missing. The tire tread is usable(not totally bald) but definitely close to needing to be replaced. Wheels are located in NE Philly suburbs. I am asking $170 obo or possible trade for r/c car or oem rims.
