Default All Motor Fuel System Question

NRG/IPG Fuel Cell = approx. 20 lbs lighter than factory system

All motor guys are all about shaving that extra weight and this would be something to look into. Is there anyone out there running a fuel cell setup in your all motor car? If so, what kind of fuel pump would you or are you running?

My current setup consist of:

Walbro 190 lph In-Tank Pump
725cc Injector Dynamics Injectors
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator

So any and all info would be greatly appreciated...

The fuel cells are great for a number of reasons. One weight distribution. You can set it further forward or back depending on where you need it. Two, you can get them foam filled, It is much safer and keeps the foam from sloshing and causing the pump to starve or the motor to starve. And three you can go up or down in size for weight or distance.

you have to run an external fuel pump with the NRG fuel call -- aeromotive and weldon both make very good external fuel pump options as well as something like the bosch inline or walbro inline will work as well

in addition to the external fuel pump you will need to run new fuel feed lines and a return line back to the tank our of steel braided hose of the like
