Default Removing baffles

One of the many horrific noises my car makes atm is the spoon decat, there is a real bad rattling noise which i originally thought was the heat sheild but its actually the decat, there seems to be a cylinder of sheet matal inside with holes punched all over it, this seems to be loose.

Can anyone tell me a good way to get this out as i dont want to throw away a spoon decat pipe.

thanks

Cut the factory welds and opener up...
Or you could cut a little window just large enough to access the guts...
Just throwing some ideas out there...

Sounds like its time to junk it if the guts are loose and rattleing its likely rotted out inside and not doing any good anyway.
