i have a 90 crx with a ctr motor obd2b jumper distributor wiring is fine everything else uncut wont start have spark the car ran obd0 just fine before ecu swap no fuel injector pulse have never had to deal with this problem ever before im stumped also the iac buzzing the only code im getting is iat cause its not plugged in

 

I just had the same problem with my crx turned out my ground cable broke off where it connects to the chassis and it wouldn't turn on

 

What distributor are you using? Obd1? Obd2a? Obd2b?

 

check fuse 14...sometimes they blow out durring swaps due to wires touching and what not...

 

So unplug the obd2 and run obd0 and see if she fires up.....
