Default transmission leaking fluid

I've searched here and google but nothing really seems to match what i'm looking for. i have a leak that's developed by the 12 mm bolts

i tried to put some rtv on there to seal but it didn't work. any other solutions? or should i just drop the entire transmission and reseal it with hondabond or similar sealant?

thank you
