Default b18b wont start oil in spk plugs

well the cars been sitting for a while. about 4 months, and now i just starting it up. i cleaned up the dizzy and changed the battery and it started fine. it was a hard start up but it started. then idled fine. after 5 mins, i drove the car up and down the road and it started bogging. bad when u give it gas at low rpm. so i was like ****. i forgot it had this problem and thats why i stop driving it. so i got home and let it sit and it would bog when ever the cars rpm would go up a bit. then while it was idleing i heard a tiny lil pop and then it stalled. so i then try to crank it back up and it would just pop every 2 seconds. so then i pulled the plugs and there was oil in the middle 2 plugs. alot on the left and a lil on the right side. im getting new plugs now but any ideas?

Replace the valve cover grommets and see if that helps the oil problem
