Default questions about pcv/ catch can set up

ok so i'm putting together my b20 with a b18b head, my power goals are in the range of 400-500 and i'm confused about pcv/ running a catch can... i mean i know what pcv system does i understand that, but i guess my question is if i run a catch can set up, do i need to run pcv? or can i just block it off?

any help is much appreciated!!

b20's have the same head as a b18b just fyi unless you have the rare p8r head in which it would be much better to keep.

Just block off the pvc. With that kind of power you need a catchcan.
