1990 Civic Hatchback DX help with lights!!!
So I got my first car this past christmas and it's a 1990 Civic Hatchback DX. As you all know the stock bumper isn't all that, so I wanted to put the EF9 bumper on it just for looks. What I was really wondering is if the EF8 bumper from the CRX would fit? Because the thing is I want foglights on my car, and I was wondering how I could put them on?
I'm really new to this so work with me here guys, please and thanks. All help is appreciated!

The crx jdm bumper doesn't use a front filler. (Piece between bumper and headlights) instead, the bump is one piece. The shape of the jdm headlights is molded into the top of the bumper. So, with your stock headlights and hood there would be a gap. Also, the sides wouldn't line up with your fenders.
You could put fogs in your stock bumper, or buy the jdm ef9 bumper like you said. The foglights bolt up to a bracket that comes with the fogs.

Those are as ugly as sin.
Sure they're going to fit, if they don't then cut them out. That's what everyone does when mounting foglights anyhow.
If it helps, the car in the picture is an 88-89 civic hatchback, and not a wagon.

Well he stated it was a wagon and I can't really see the back of it so I wasn't sure.. Any who take a look at this picture:

looks like he's trying to sell plain old autozone type fog lights and make a profit. srsly? lol
If you check the backside of the bumper, there is an outline for cutting those holes. At least there was for my USDM bumper. You usually have to buy the fog lights seperately, I've never seen them included.
Thanks everyone so much for your help.. And about the cutouts being on the inside part of the bumper.. I'll have to look into that..
still can't find fog lights with the cables and all like the ones on the crx in the first page.... i look everywhere and can't find them
