Default Do I need a second fuse or a bigger fuse?

I've got a single battery in the trunk mounted in a box. There is a 60 AMP fuse on the box. All of the car's power needs go through this fuse, including a 50x4 into 4 ohm PPI amp. I'm going to be adding a 400x1 into 2 ohm PPI, I intend to hammer this system, and was wondering if I can still tap the power line after this fuse? Or should I set up another fuse box on the battery box just for the amps? Or do I just need a bigger fuse on the existing fuse holder? Or am I fine the way it is? Maybe just try running everything off the 60 AMP and see if it blows? I wouldn't want that to happen on the highway. I will also be running smaller fuses on the power distribution block before the amps as well.
Thanks
